We invest in every step of the supply chain, from first-mile big boxes through to last-mile urban logistics – and in the supporting infrastructure. Our aim is to create resilient supply chains that generate long-term value for customers and investors in our publicly listed funds and private market products.

We build lasting relationships with our customers – some of the world’s most recognised and ambitious companies – who occupy these assets, giving us deep insights into the trends shaping the future of the logistics market.

We use these proprietary insights to deliver on a focused investment strategy – to invest in supply chain real assets in growth markets that reflect our ESG goals. Our differentiated and personal approach enables us to move first to secure new assets, add value to existing portfolios and bring new investment products to market. Since 2020, Tritax has been backed by global asset manager abrdn. We use our institutional rigour and financial backing as a robust platform for managing our investors’ capital.

Our publicly listed funds include Tritax Big Box REIT plc and Tritax EuroBox plc. These acquire, manage, and develop mid- to large-scale logistics assets in the UK and mainland Europe, respectively.

Our growing suite of private market products includes Unit Trusts and a series of segregated mandates for global institutional and private equity investors. Each aligns to Tritax’s investment strategy and is focused on specific but complementary elements of the supply chain or geographies.
