Tom joined Tritax in 2019 and works on Tritax Big Box REIT in the investment team, appraising and concluding acquisitions and disposals. Tom started his career on Cushman & Wakefield’s graduate scheme (formerly DTZ), based in their Bristol office after completing a BSc in Land Management at Reading University. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2013 and moved to CBRE shortly after, where his investment career commenced. Tom joined the firm’s Central London Capital Markets Team, specialising in the city market and advised on numerous investment and development transactions during his five years in the team.

Petrina joined Tritax in 2007 and is responsible for the Group’s Asset and Property Management service, incorporating ESG and insurance functions. Within her role, she is focused on the strategic management approach, procedures and processes that unlock and create value enhancing initiatives to protect and maximise investor returns. She has developed the capabilities of the team to extend the skill sets in logistics and industrial operations, integrating ESG and power considerations into analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Tritax, Petrina was a Partner at Knight Frank, managing the Trophy Asset Management team. She began her career at Carter Jonas in 1996 where she qualified as a chartered surveyor, subsequently moving to King Sturge (now JLL) to gain experience in institutional industrial portfolio management.

Hana joined Tritax in October 2018 and is a Chartered Secretary with c.20 years’ corporate governance experience across FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, spanning sectors including shipbroking, insurance, mining and property. Hana was appointed Partner in 2026 and is responsible for overseeing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the AIC Code, Listing Rules, Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), and the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), as well as promoting best practice corporate governance across the Group. Her remit covers Tritax Big Box REIT plc, Tritax Management LLP, the Private Mandates and associated subsidiaries. Prior to joining Tritax, Hana spent three and a half years at Clarkson PLC, where she provided a broad range of company secretarial services and deputised for the Company Secretary. She previously specialised in shareholder services at Aviva plc between 2013 and 2015, and in share scheme administration at Rio Tinto plc from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in her career, Hana served as Assistant Company Secretary at Santon Capital PLC (2009–2010) and held several roles at Raven Russia plc from 2004 to 2009, culminating in her appointment as Company Secretary in Cyprus. Hana is an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI).

Steven joined Tritax in January 2022 on the Property Management team for Tritax Big Box REIT. Steven spent 24 years at MFI and Howden Joinery as Group Property Manager where he gained significant experience in industrial property, out of town retail and logistics. During his time at Howden Steven was responsible for overseeing the lease renewal negotiations, rent reviews and day to day management of a property portfolio of more than 900 leases. He also set up the Maintenance Department which was dealing with over 10,000 calls a year. Due to Steven’s time representing tenants, he brings a valuable insight to how tenants operate within the property market. Steven gained a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster.

James joined Tritax in September 2022 as Asset Manager for MetroBox. James joined from Quadrant, where he spent the last eight years managing their retail warehouse portfolio. He is responsible for all investor property reporting, the management of third-party professionals and identifying and progressing value enhancing initiatives. 

Mehdi joined Tritax Group in May 2019 and is responsible for strategic financial matters in relation to the Group, and co-leading the Energy & Infrastructure side of the business. Mehdi has over 15 years’ experience in pan-European real estate finance positions. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), before working for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Savills Investment Management. Mehdi holds an MSc in Management from IESEG School of Management and an MBA from London Business School.

Kiran joined Tritax in September 2025 as a Data Analyst. Working within the data team, his main responsibility is developing and expanding the suite of PowerBI dashboards. He joined as a recent graduate from the University of Bath, having studied Mathematics and Statistics and having completed a placement year in the Department of Health and Social Care, also as a data analyst.

Nina joined the finance team at Tritax in June 2020. Her primary responsibility is the accounting records of Tritax Management LLP.

Prior to joining, he was a Portfolio Manager in the Operations Team for over 6 years at Revantage Real Estate (the asset management platform established by Blackstone). George has gained a wide range of property and asset management experience working across various large mixed-use estates as well as logistics and standalone office assets in the UK and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and studied Real Estate at Virginia Tech University on a study abroad program.

Sophie joined Tritax in January 2022 and as our Head of People has oversight for all People/HR matters but with a focus on Learning and Development and Culture which is a strategic priority for the business. Prior to Tritax, the most significant part of her career was spent at KPMG. She joined their tax practice, qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser specialising in M&A deal work. She subsequently moved into dedicated people management roles and spent her last few years at the firm as People Leader for KPMG's growing legal practice. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), holds an EMBA from Paris & Bristol University and a BA Joint-Hons degree in Politics and Economics from Newcastle University.

Charles is Senior Director of Investor Relations, having joined the business in April 2023. Working across Tritax Big Box and the Group’s Private Markets strategies, he is responsible for engagement with the institutional investment community. Prior to joining Tritax, Charles spent five years at Hays plc, where he led the Investor Relations and ESG programmes. Oliver joined Tritax in November 2020 and is primarily responsible for all property management across the Private Markets mandates. His role as property and asset manager involves the management of third party agents, tenant and occupier liaisons, inspections and group level insurance management. Oliver started his career advising institutional and private clients in the management of their mixed portfolios across central London before moving to Savills in 2015. At Savills his primary focus was on mixed use portfolios, acting for large institutions such as Landsec and Threadneedle.

Jennie joined Tritax in December 2025. Working across Tritax Big Box REIT plc and Private Market products, she is responsible for ensuring that all funds are managed sustainably - reducing their impact on the environment and having the support of our local communities - thereby responding to and meeting the changing needs of all stakeholders. Nancy joined Tritax in September 2018 as Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO & Head of Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations. Nancy has significant experience working for C-suite executives and providing executive support to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of daily operations within the fund. Anisha is legal counsel to the Tritax Group, having joined in 2018, she provides legal support to all Tritax funds and the Tritax Group. Anisha graduated with an LLB from King's College London in 2006 and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction in 2007. Following qualification as a solicitor in 2011, Anisha gained significant experience in real estate investment and development as a Senior Associate at international law firm Ashurst LLP, acting for investment funds, pension funds, developers and occupational tenants. Kate joined Tritax in April 2025 and is an accomplished professional with over 15 years’ experience in international shipping and trade management. She previously worked within the Asia–Europe trade division, specialising in commercial strategy, pricing, and space allocation. Prior to this, she developed and executed growth strategies for trade lanes across West Coast South America, the Indian Subcontinent and West Africa, leading tender negotiations and representing the company at global trade conferences. Kate later co-founded the Kate & Claire family car review website, overseeing content and brand partnerships while securing national media exposure.

James is a partner and joint CEO at Tritax. He oversees the strategic vision of Tritax’s existing products, including leading the Group’s strategy on powered land, infrastructure and data centres. He is also responsible for new business development. James studied Property Valuation and Finance at City University before joining Weatherall Green and Smith (now BNP Paribas Real Estate) where he qualified as a chartered surveyor in their Investment Development and Agency division in 1991.

Graham joined Tritax in September 2023 and is the financial controller for TBBR. Prior to joining Tritax, Graham started his career at EY in South Africa where he qualified as CA(SA). He then came to the UK and started his career in real estate at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Alasdair joined Tritax in November 2019 and became a partner in February 2021. Alasdair was CFO until March 2026, when he moved to part-time Chair of the Risk Committee.
Alasdair began his career at PwC and has held a number of finance roles, including as Finance Director of residential developer United House; Finance Director of IPD, the real estate industry index and benchmark provider; Chief Operating Officer of Hermes Real Estate, including fund manager of the X-Leisure Fund; and Finance Director of Trillium, the outsourcing property provider. He’s responsible for half-year and year-end reporting, treasury management, risk management, monitoring of internal financial controls, budgeting, transaction support and SPV reporting. Mark is responsible for working with our existing client base to improve our understanding of their supply chains and identify how Tritax can support their strategic plans. Mark is also focused on proactively developing relationships with key decision makers at prospective new clients to diversify our occupier base. Prior to joining Tritax in 2021, Mark spent over 25 years working for major third party logistics operators in senior operational and commercial roles.

Henry joined Tritax as a partner in 2008. He is responsible for the structuring and operation of the Tritax Group Funds, providing general legal counsel and overseeing operations. Henry is a qualified solicitor, who completed his articles with Ashurst LLP in 2001, specialising in taxation, mergers and acquisitions. He qualified as a chartered tax adviser in 2004, before moving to Fladgate LLP in 2005, where he became a partner in 2007. At Fladgate LLP, Henry specialised in the structuring of commercial property funds.

Chase joined Tritax in 2019. After completing a BSc. in Mathematics and an MSc. in Economics, Finance and Management from the University of Bristol, Chase left the UK for Hong Kong. There, he joined the investment arm of the Dutch banking group, Rabobank International where he worked for 6 years in the Multi-Asset Structuring division. Responsible for designing algorithmic investments and exotic derivatives, he became skilled in Financial Modelling and Analytics, presenting complex ideas to investors across SE Asia in an accessible manner. Upon returning to London, he further developed this skillset at Avison Young Real Estate Finance, leading the analysis of massive multi-phase developments and property portfolios alike. Chase is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT), a “Future Leader in Treasury” for 2017 and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Colin is Partner and joint CEO of Tritax Group, leading the Group’s fund management function. Colin is also CEO to FTSE 100 Tritax Big Box REIT Plc, where he has overall responsibility for daily operations and the provision of strategic investment advice to the non-executive Board. Colin began his career with Barclays Bank before joining Conran Roche in the late 1980s. Following this, Colin took a BSc degree in Urban Estate Management at Kingston University, graduating with First Class honours. Suhayl joined Tritax in 2021 and is an Associate Director within the Data & Analytics team. He supports Tritax’s public and private market funds by leading analytical work across financial modelling, portfolio and covenant analysis, valuation analytics and management reporting, delivering decision‑ready insight to investment, asset management and senior leadership teams. Sue has worked with Tritax since 2001, having joined the Bedford office to work on the accounting element of the legacy products. Sue is now the longest serving member of the Tritax family. Over the years her role has evolved and she is now responsible for all legacy product matters, and plays a key role within the Finance team responsible for the Tritax Group reporting and accounts.

Aaron joined Tritax in 2021 and is responsible for Tritax Big Box REIT's capital recycling programme through sourcing, appraising and concluding acquisitions and disposals. Aaron has concluded over £3 billion of transactions whilst at Tritax covering both larger corporate M&A and asset level deals. Other responsibilities involve portfolio analysis, portfolio strategy and asset planning. Aaron has over 17 years’ experience in commercial real estate and started his career at SEGRO where he worked in a variety of roles across the Group in the UK and Europe, whilst there he completed over £1.8 billion of investment transactions. Nick is a Partner in Tritax, having joined in 2023, and is the Fund manager of the Tritax London Logistics Fund. He has in excess of 30 years of commercial property experience, with 22 years spent in the fund management industry with Aberdeen. During Nick’s time at Aberdeen, he was the lead investment manager for a variety of funds with differing strategies, including management of AIPUT between its initial launch in 2002 and 2014. He has a long track record of delivering consistent long-term outperformance in the funds he had responsibility for, winning multiple awards. Laterally at Aberdeen, Nick was part of the Real Estate Leadership Team with global responsibility for Core Funds, which encompassed some 28 funds globally and with AUM of circa £14 billion.

Adrian joined Tritax in June 2011, initially in the Bedford office and was primarily tasked with working on the legacy funds. In January 2015, Adrian moved to work on the Tritax Big Box REIT Fund in the London office, splitting his time between London and Bedford. Tim joined Tritax in 2015, becoming a partner in 2020. Tim is a Fund Manager and co-head of the Private Markets team, leading the investment team in implementing client investment objectives on two private mandates. Previously, Tim was a real estate product specialist for UK and European clients at RREEF (now DWS), responsible for capital raising and client relationship management. Prior to that, Tim structured and launched the KBC European Property Fund, a pan-European fund of funds, investing €160 million. He also gained experience as part of the asset management and development team at Gartmore Property Asset Management, before leading the marketing and investor relations team for the Lothbury Property Trust. After graduation Tim began his career with Hillier Parker (now CBRE), in the Capital Markets team, and is a member of the RICS.

Marco joined Tritax in November 2022. He works across Tritax Big Box and Private Market products, supporting the Fund teams to articulate, implement, monitor, and report on their sustainability strategies and programmes. He also oversees all sustainability benchmarks and rating agency workstreams, and leads on sustainability regulation workstreams alongside the Compliance team. Prior to joining Tritax, Marco was an Analyst at the Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI), delivering guidance and tools to private equity and infrastructure GPs and LPs on how to appropriately manage ESG risks and opportunities. Alasdair joined Tritax in February 2020 and acts as the Finance Director of the Private Markets team. He is responsible for all aspects of finance in relation to the funds, including financial modelling, portfolio analysis, financial reporting, debt advisory and covenant analysis. Alasdair qualified as an ACA with PwC in 2015 primarily focusing on asset management and private equity audits. He has further experience with T. Rowe Price, a listed American asset manager in the internal audit team focusing on the EMEA and APAC regions as well as the equity and fixed income divisions. He was then financial controller at CMC Markets, a listed financial derivatives dealer before making the move to Tritax.

Dom looks after asset management across the London Logistics Fund that moved over to Tritax from Abrdn in 2023. His focus is on rental growth, strategic relationships with occupiers and progressing developments across the portfolio. Dom joined Tritax in 2023 after 13 years at Clearbell Capital LLP where he was Head of Asset Management and ESG overseeing value add activities on the closed ended opportunity funds. Prior to this he worked at New Star, REIT Asset Management and Clerical Medical on asset/portfolio management across all asset classes. Dom's career spans over 25 years having completed an MSc in Property Valuation and Management from Sheffield Hallam University. He also holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Liverpool.

Ollie joined Tritax in 2022, having previously worked within the Real Assets business at Aberdeen PLC. Ollie is responsible for investment activity at Tritax for projects with real estate, power and infrastructure characteristics – this currently includes data centres and traditional infrastructure assets. Whilst working at Aberdeen, Ollie was responsible for managing a balanced UK real estate fund that invested in both direct and indirect real estate. Ollie has a broad range of experience across fund management, asset management and transactions, for both publicly listed and private investment vehicles, and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Irene joined Tritax in March 2023 and is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute. With professional experience in listed companies and professional services in Hong Kong and the UK, Irene specialises in real estate and financial services sectors, focusing on listed and subsidiaries governance, as well as Board and Committee support. At Tritax, Irene supports the Group Company Secretary and Deputy Company Secretary across full spectrum of corporate governance, compliance, and administrative tasks for Tritax EuroBox plc, Tritax Big Box REIT Plc, and their subsidiaries. Tim is responsible for power strategy across the Tritax Group – developing and implementing a co-ordinated, resilient and futureproof offering. Tim joined Tritax in January 2022 after 10 years at National Grid working across a number of technical and leadership roles. His project experience spans managing significant asset management portfolios, developing cutting edge and innovative designs for the UK power system, and working on some of the UK’s largest projects. Most recently he was focused on the strategic development of the UK power system to facilitate net zero transition, notably developing in conjunction with government a national charging strategy for EVs and facilitating the connection of the first battery storage portfolios to the transmission system.

Simon joined Tritax in June 2025. He is responsible for Tritax's power system modelling capability to support and guide our power first strategy, as well as leading the design and development of power infrastructure. Prior to joining Tritax he worked for National Grid for 14 years in a range technical and leadership roles encompassing design, product development, strategy and innovation, leaving as Head of Network Architecture and Innovation. Darshana joined Tritax in September 2025. Her primary responsibilities include cost control, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, alongside supporting the wider finance function. Prior to joining Tritax, Darshana worked as an Overseas Client Accountant at St Martins Property Corporation, where she managed a property portfolio across Australia and Poland. She has over 10 years of finance experience within the property and real estate industry.

Michelle joined the company in 2003 and has worked with the founding partners ever since. She has over 25 years’ experience in the private sector supporting C-suite level as well as managing daily operations for the office. Michelle is Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO and also Events Manager for staff and corporate events.

Piers joined Tritax in February 2025 leading the delivery of the company’s Data Centre pipeline. A Chartered Civil Engineer, he brings over 25 years of experience managing major construction projects in the UK and internationally. Passionate about sustainable building, Piers has delivered award-winning developments and has worked with Tritax for more than a decade on landmark schemes including Littlebrook, Haydock and Four Ashes.

David joined Tritax following the merger of UK Commercial Property REIT with Tritax Big Box REIT in May 2024. He drives asset performance through strategic, value-add initiatives and strong occupier relationships, and has completed numerous company and asset transactions across traditional sectors. Previously, he worked at Ignis Asset Management, Standard Life Investments and Abrdn advising UK Commercial Property REIT. Alicia has nearly a decade of experience gained in FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and professional services, covering in particular the real estate and financial services sectors with a focus on listed governance, Board support and share plan administration. Cheanelle joined Tritax in 2024. She holds a degree in Business Management and brings over ten years of experience in administration and facilities management. Cheanelle supports the Power and Infrastructure team, where she contributes her strong organisational expertise and operational insight to the team’s ongoing success.

Martin is a Director at Tritax, specialising in asset management, valuation and investment across the Tritax Big Box REIT platform. With nearly 20 years of EMEA real estate experience, responsibilities include work on asset/portfolio strategy and execution with current/potential clients, leading the portfolio valuation and acquisitions and disposals. Before joining Tritax in 2020, Martin held roles in asset management and spent eight years at CBRE in National Valuation and Corporate Capital Markets, advising on logistics‑sector valuations and corporate real estate strategies leading to transactions. Martin qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008 after obtaining a degree in Land Management at the University of Reading.

Anna joined Tritax in January 2026 as Executive Assistant to the Asset Management team and to the Head of Asset Management, Petrina Austin. She brings eight years of experience as a Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant, supporting C‑suite leaders and board‑level stakeholders. Anna also has a decade of experience in the property industry, providing high‑level organisational, operational and administrative support across complex, fast‑paced environments.

Tom joined Tritax in June 2023 and is a Director in the Tritax Big Box REIT Asset Management team. Tom specialises in the Urban Logistics, Last Mile and Multi Let Industrial sub sectors with responsibility for the team managing the southern portfolio. Within his role, Tom's focus is on driving performance through strategic asset management and value add initiatives whilst also building and maintaining strong tenant relationships. Further responsibilities include driving operational efficiencies, appraising new acquisitions, curating asset business plans, and general portfolio management strategy. Tom has over 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate having joined Tritax from CBRE Investment Management where he spent seven years acting as portfolio manager across several balanced UK separate accounts, gaining experience across the whole asset lifecycle. Working across a variety of strategies, Tom gained extensive asset management experience across the full range of traditional sectors and also completed on c.£500m of transactions. Before this, Tom started his career at Gerald Eve before moving to the Knight Frank portfolio valuations team. Tom holds an MA (Hons) in Land Economy from Cambridge University and went on to complete an MA (Hons) in Management Studies from the Judge Business School, also at Cambridge University. Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013.

Prior to Tritax, Vanya has previous experience in sustainability as an sustainable investment associate for an Australian equities firm. Henry joined Tritax in November 2021 and is a partner and Head of Research and Strategy. He is responsible for research across all Tritax managed funds and sits on investment committees. Henry has over 20 years’ experience within the real estate and finance sector. Previous roles include leading Real Estate Research at EY and working on the European Real Estate Research team at Deutsche Bank (RREEF). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School and BSc in Geography.

Rory joined Tritax Group in September 2021, bringing over a decade of experience in real estate fund accounting gained at Aviva Investors across a broad range of fund structures. As Senior Finance Director, he has responsibility for half‑year and year‑end financial reporting, transaction structuring, board and stakeholder reporting, corporate and tax compliance, treasury and risk management, and the oversight of internal financial control frameworks. Rory is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, as well as the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Krishma joined Tritax in November 2023 as Senior Compliance Manager & Deputy MLRO, supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance in regulatory matters across all Tritax funds and structures. Krishma has worked in compliance consulting roles across the financial services for five years and before joining Tritax, worked as a Senior Consultant at EY, providing risk and regulatory support to high-profile Wealth and Asset Management clients. Prior to that, Krishma worked as a consultant at ACA Group where she provided compliance advisory services to alternative investment management firms. Krishma holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Chester.

Ellie joined Tritax in November 2025 as an Estates Administrator, supporting the Asset and Property Management Team. Prior to joining Tritax, she worked for Savills as a Property Administrator and Assistant Property Manager for 4 years. Outside of the office, Ellie loves to travel and enjoys exploring new places.

James joined Tritax as a partner in 2020 at the inception of the MetroBox last mile logistics vehicle. He has responsibility for the management of a number of Tritax’s private funds, with a focus on new business, formulating investment strategies for existing mandates, and leading the origination and execution of asset acquisitions and disposals. James has spent almost 30 years operating in UK real estate capital markets. He began his career in occupational agency with Cushman & Wakefield where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor before moving into capital markets at JLL in 1997. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management from Birmingham City University.

Charlie joined Tritax in September 2017, and is a Partner and Head of Development for Tritax Management Ltd. Charlie's primary focus is overseeing the development activities of Tritax Big Box REIT Plc which owns the UK’s largest logistics focused development land platform. Charlie also heads up the development delivery of the data centre projects, and oversees development activities across the Tritax funds. Charlie has over 37 years’ experience in the UK industrial and logistics real estate sector. Before joining Tritax he focussed on industrial asset management and development at Cedarwood Asset Management which he co-founded in 2009. Prior to this he was a Director at Chancerygate, the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial property developer and asset manager. Charlie started his career in commercial real estate at Strutt & Parker in 1989, originally working in the business space team, becoming an Associate Partner before setting up Strutt's highly successful dedicated Industrial Agency team.

Frankie joined Tritax in 2014 and is responsible for all historical and strategic financial matters in relation to Tritax Big Box REIT plc (BBOX), which includes interim and year-end reporting, corporate compliance, budgeting/forecasting treasury management and the monitoring of internal financial controls. Frankie is also involved in BBOX’s capital market activity including equity issuances and debt financings, along with taking care of all Board level financial reporting.

Frankie has over 10 years’ experience working in the real estate industry having previously spent three years as Financial Controller at Primary Health Properties Plc (PHP), a healthcare focussed REIT. He trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PKF (UK) LLP, who subsequently merged with BDO LLP, where he acted as Assistant Manager.
