Tom Joined Tritax in 2019 and is responsible for assisting the Fund Manager with day-to-day management of the Tritax Property Income Fund, including transaction management, financial modelling, asset management and due diligence work streams. Tom started his career on Cushman & Wakefield’s graduate scheme (formerly DTZ), based in their Bristol office after completing a BSc in Land Management at Reading University. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2013 and moved to CBRE shortly after, where his investment career commenced. Tom joined the firm’s Central London Capital Markets Team, specialising in the city market and advised on numerous investment and development transactions during his five years in the team.

Petrina joined Tritax in 2007 and is responsible for the Group’s Asset and Property Management service, incorporating ESG and insurance functions. Within her role, she is focused on the strategic management approach, procedures and processes that unlock and create value enhancing initiatives to protect and maximise investor returns. She has developed the capabilities of the team to extend the skill sets in logistics and industrial operations, integrating ESG and power considerations into analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Tritax, Petrina was a Partner at Knight Frank, managing the Trophy Asset Management team. She began her career at Carter Jonas in 1996 where she qualified as a chartered surveyor, subsequently moving to King Sturge (now JLL) to gain experience in institutional industrial portfolio management.

Hana joined Tritax in October 2018 and is a Chartered Secretary with over 15 years’ corporate governance experience gained in FTSE 250 and FTSE 100 companies in various sectors including shipbroking, insurance, mining and property. At Tritax, Hana is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements of the AIC Code, Listing rules, DTRs, MAR and best practice corporate governance for Tritax Big Box REIT Plc, Tritax EuroBox Plc, TPIF, MetroBox and their subsidiaries. Prior to joining Tritax, Hana worked for three and a half years at Clarkson Plc, providing a wide range of company secretarial services to the Group and deputising for the Company Secretary. She focused on shareholder services for over two years whilst at Aviva PLC from 2013 to 2015 and before that, Hana specialised in share scheme administration from 2010 to 2012 at Rio Tinto Plc. From 2009 to 2010, Hana was an Assistant Company Secretary at Santon Capital PLC, and from 2004 to 2009 she held various roles at Raven Russia plc, culminating in the role of the Company Secretary in Cyprus. Hana is an Associate of the ICSA, The Governance Institute.

Steven joined Tritax in January 2022 as Property Manager for Tritax Big Box REIT. Steven spent 24 years at MFI and Howden Joinery as Group Property Manager where he gained experience in industrial property, out of town retail and logistics. During his time at Howden Steven was responsible for overseeing the lease renewal negotiations, rent reviews and day to day management of a property portfolio of more than 900 leases. He also set up the maintenance department, which was dealing with over 10,000 calls a year. Due to Steven’s time representing tenants, he brings a valuable insight to how tenants operate within the property market. Steven gained a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster.

James joined Tritax in September 2022 as Asset Manager for MetroBox. James joined from Quadrant, where he spent the last eight years managing their retail warehouse portfolio. He is responsible for all investor property reporting, the management of third-party professionals and identifying and progressing value enhancing initiatives. 

Mehdi joined Tritax Group in May 2019 and is responsible for historical and strategic financial matters in relation to the company, including half year and year-end reporting, transaction structuring, corporate compliance, budgeting/forecasting, treasury management, monitoring of internal financial controls and the company’s wider capital market activities. Mehdi has over 15 years’ experience in pan-European real estate finance positions. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), before working for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and more recently Savills Investment Management. Mehdi holds an MSc in Management from IESEG School of Management and an MBA from London Business School.

Sophie joined Tritax in January 2022 as Head of People Development. She is responsible for HR/people but with a focus on learning and development, which is a strategic priority for the business. Sophie has returned to the workplace after a short career break. The most significant part of her career was spent at KPMG starting out in their tax practice specialising in merger and acquisition transaction work, but then moved into dedicated people management roles and spent her last few years at the firm as People Leader for KPMG's growing legal practice. Previous experience also includes being a school Deputy Bursar where she was responsible for all HR matters. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), holds an EMBA from Paris University and a BA Joint-Hons degree in Politics and Economics from Newcastle University.

Charles joined Tritax in April 2023 as Director of Investor Relations for Tritax EuroBox plc. He is responsible for engagement with the investment community, including shareholders, potential investors, and sell-side analysts. Prior to joining EuroBox, Charles spent five years at Hays plc, initially as Investor Relations Manager, before also taking on responsibilities for the company’s ESG initiatives and communications. This followed his time as an equity analyst at Redburn, where he covered Transport & Leisure stocks, which followed five years at Lloyds Bank, which included roles in Corporate Banking, Private Equity and Project Finance. Oliver joined Tritax Group in November 2020 working across TPIF and MetroBox. His role as property and asset manager involves the management of third-party agents, tenant and occupier liaisons, inspections and group level insurance management. Oliver started his property management career advising private clients in the management of their mixed retail portfolios across central London before moving to Savills in 2015. At Savills his primary focus was on out-of-town retail and leisure funds, acting for large institutions such as Landsec and Threadneedle.

Nancy joined Tritax in September 2018 as Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO/Investor Relations and wider Tritax Big Box team. Nancy has significant experience working for C-suite executives and providing executive support to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of daily operations within the fund. Anisha is Legal Counsel to the Tritax Group. She joined Tritax in 2018 to support Tritax EuroBox plc following its IPO and now provides legal guidance to all Tritax funds and the Tritax Group. Anisha graduated with an LLB from Kings College London in 2006 and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction in 2007. Following qualification as a solicitor in 2011, Anisha gained significant experience in real estate investment and development as a senior associate at international law firm Ashurst LLP, acting for investment funds, pension funds, developers and occupational tenants. Anisha also has broad experience in real estate finance.

James is an equity partner and Joint CEO at Tritax Group. He oversees the strategic vision of the company’s existing products whilst also leading the identification, development and equity deployment of new investment offerings. James is one of the founding partners of the Manager and the Investment Adviser, along with Colin Godfrey. James and Colin have worked together for over 25 years. James studied Property Valuation and Finance at City University before joining Weatherall Green and Smith (now BNP Paribas Real Estate) where he qualified as a chartered surveyor in their Investment Development and Agency division in 1991.

Graham joined Tritax Group in September 2023 as the fund controller for TBBR. Prior to joining Tritax, Graham started his career at EY in South Africa where he qualified as CA(SA). He then went on to do a secondment in Chicago before coming to the UK where he started his career in real estate at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. His primary focus is delivering the half year and year-end financial reporting, transaction structuring, corporate and tax compliance, treasury management, risk management and monitoring of internal financial controls.

Alasdair joined Tritax in November 2019 and became an equity partner in February 2021. Alasdair’s current role as CFO means he is responsible for all finance, accounting and tax matters for the Group. Alasdair began his career at PwC and has held a number of finance roles, including as Finance Director of residential developer United House; Finance Director of IPD, the real estate industry index and benchmark provider; Chief Operating Officer of Hermes Real Estate, including fund manager of the X-Leisure Fund; and Finance Director of Trillium, the outsourcing property provider. Prior to joining Tritax, Alasdair advised an overseas family office on mixed-use development, and Get Living, the UK’s leading Private Rented Sector operator.

Samantha joined Tritax in August 2023. She has over 20 years' experience in Hospitality, opening over 15 restaurants and bars, creating and implementing customer service standards and strategies, which eventually won her teams UK Luxury Restaurant of the Year in 2019. Samantha will work across ESG and Asset Management as a coordinator, where part of her role is to further customer relationships; manage our fund charity partnerships and community engagement projects as well as data collection for ESG.

Mark joined Tritax in March 2021 after spending over 26 years working for major Third Party Logistics operators such as DHL and CEVA both in the UK as well as in senior Operational and Commercial roles. Mark is responsible for working with our existing customer base across all Tritax Funds to improve our understanding of their supply chains and identify opportunities to create value for them via our Symmetry development platform. Henry joined Tritax as an equity partner in 2008. He is responsible for the structuring and operation of the Tritax Group Funds, providing general legal counsel and overseeing operations. Henry is a qualified solicitor, who completed his articles with Ashurst LLP in 2001, specialising in taxation, mergers and acquisitions. He qualified as a chartered tax adviser in 2004, before moving to Fladgate LLP in 2005, where he became a partner in 2007. At Fladgate LLP, Henry specialised in the structuring of commercial property funds.

Chase joined Tritax in 2019. After completing a BSc. In Mathematics and an MSc. In Economics, Finance and Management from the University of Bristol, Chase left the UK for Hong Kong. There, he joined the investment arm of the Dutch banking group, Rabobank International where he worked for 6 years in the Multi-Asset Structuring division. Responsible for designing algorithmic investments and exotic derivatives, he became skilled in Financial Modelling and Analytics, presenting complex ideas to investors across SE Asia in an accessible manner. Upon returning to London, he further developed this skillset at Avison Young Real Estate Finance, leading the analysis of massive multi-phase developments and property portfolios alike. Chase is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT), a “Future Leader in Treasury” for 2017 and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Chase also has certifications in Computer Science and Machine Learning from MIT and Columbia, New York.

Colin is an Equity Partner and joint CEO of Tritax Group, leading the Group’s fund management function. Colin is also CEO to FTSE 250 Tritax Big Box REIT Plc, where he has overall responsibility for daily operations and the provision of strategic investment advice to the non-executive Board. Colin began his career with Barclays Bank before joining Conran Roche in the late 1980s. Following this, Colin took a BSc degree in Urban Estate Management at Kingston University, graduating with First Class honours. Bjorn joined Tritax Group in 2011 and became an Equity Partner in 2017. Bjorn is the Investment Director for Tritax Big Box REIT’s (TBBR), managing the investment portfolio, which involves setting the strategy, asset planning, sources and appraises suitable investments for acquisitions or disposals as part of the capital rotation. In addition, Bjorn manages the Bi-annual valuation process of the investment portfolio. Sue has worked with Tritax since 2001, having joined the Bedford office to work on the accounts of the legacy products, and is now the longest serving member of the Tritax family. Through the years her role has developed, and she is now responsible for all matters in relation to the legacy products, is the Fund Accountant for TPIF and is part of the Finance team dealing with the Tritax Group accounts.

Aaron joined Tritax in 2021 as Transactions Director for Tritax Big Box REIT, where he is responsible for the fund’s capital recycling programme by means of sourcing, appraising and concluding acquisitions or identifying and carrying out asset disposals. Other responsibilities involve portfolio analysis, portfolio strategy and asset planning. Aaron has over 14 years’ experience in commercial real estate and started his career at SEGRO where he worked in a variety of roles across the Group in the UK and Europe. Initially as an analyst covering valuations, corporate finance and strategy, before moving into the Investment team in 2014. Whilst there he completed over £1.8bn of investment transactions. Alina joined Tritax in 2019 with significant experience in the logistics sector in Continental Europe, Alina joined the Tritax Group as Assistant Fund Manager following the launch of Tritax EuroBox plc to expand the team’s capabilities in transaction origination and execution. She joined Tritax from JLL’s pan-European logistics capital markets team, where she was extensively involved in advising on transacting logistics properties and portfolios across Europe.

Nick has over 30 years of commercial property experience, with 22 years spent in the fund management industry with abrdn. During Nick’s time at abrdn, he was the lead investment manager for a variety of funds with differing strategies, including management of AIPUT between its initial launch in 2002 and 2014, and has delivered consistent long-term outperformance in the funds he was responsible for.

Laterally at abrdn Nick was part of the Real Estate Management Team as Head of Core Funds, and was responsible for the fund management and implementation of fund strategy for some 28 funds globally, with AUM of circa £14 billion.

Adrian joined Tritax in June 2011 as an Accounts Executive in the Bedford office and was primarily tasked with working on the legacy funds. In January 2015, Adrian was given the opportunity to work on the Tritax Big Box REIT Fund in the London office, which meant that he would have to split his time between the London office and the Bedford office. As the TBBR Fund grew so quickly, Adrian was then relocated to the London office permanently in January 2016 to work solely on that fund as the Fund Accountant to the Finance team.

Nicola joined Tritax in December 2021 to lead on the strategic marketing and communications for Tritax Management and its funds. Nicola has 18+ years in house and agency experience, providing corporate, financial and internal communications advice across a range of sectors. Tim joined Tritax in 2015, becoming a partner in 2020. Tim is a Fund Manager in the Private Markets team, leading the investment team in implementing client investment objectives on two private mandates. Previously, Tim was a real estate product specialist for UK and European clients at RREEF (now DWS), responsible for capital raising and client relationship management. Prior to that, Tim structured and launched the KBC European Property Fund, a pan-European fund of funds, investing €160 million. He also gained experience as part of the asset management and development team at Gartmore Property Asset Management (now Lothbury Investment Management), before leading the marketing and investor relations team for the Lothbury Property Trust. Tim began his career with Hillier Parker (now CBRE), in the Capital Markets team, qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 1995.

Alasdair joined Tritax Group in February 2020 and acts as the Finance Director of the Private Markets team. He is responsible for all aspects of finance in relation to the funds, including financial modelling, portfolio analysis, financial reporting, debt advisory and covenant analysis. Alasdair qualified as an ACA with PwC in 2015 primarily focusing on asset management and private equity audits. He has further experience with T.Rowe Price, a listed American asset manager in the internal audit team focusing on the EMEA and APAC regions as well as the equity and fixed income divisions. Dom looks after the asset management across the AIPUT Fund that moved over to Tritax from Abrdn in 2023. His focus is on rental growth, strategic relationships with occupiers and progressing developments across the portfolio. Dom joined Tritax in 2023 after 13 years at Clearbell Capital LLP where he was Head of Asset Management and ESG overseeing value add activities on the closed ended opportunity funds. Prior to this he worked at New Star, REIT Asset Management and Clerical Medical on asset/portfolio management across all asset classes. Dom's career spans over 25 years having completed an MSc in Property Valuation and Management from Sheffield Hallam University. He also holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Liverpool.

Ollie joined Tritax in May 2022, on secondment from abrdn. Ollie is a Deputy Fund Manager, focussing on real assets and energy transition projects. Ollie joined abrdn in 2017 and is currently part of the Capital and Structuring team, where he works on strategic real assets projects. Prior to joining Tritax, Ollie was responsible for the management of a balanced UK fund, invested in both direct and indirect real estate. Ollie has a broad track record in fund management, asset management and transactions. Ollie holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Tim joined Tritax in January 2022 after 10 years at National Grid working across a number of technical and leadership roles. He is responsible for power strategy across the Tritax Group – developing and implementing a co-ordinated, resilient and futureproof offering. His project experience spans managing significant asset management portfolios, developing cutting edge and innovative designs for the UK power system, and working on some of the UK’s largest projects. Most recently he was focused on the strategic development of the UK power system to facilitate net zero transition, notably developing in conjunction with government a national charging strategy for EVs and facilitating the connection of the first battery storage portfolios to the transmission system.

Jay joined Tritax Group in September 2023 on the graduate programme at Abrdn and is currently working in asset management for Tritax Big Box for his first rotation. Prior to joining Tritax, Jay completed an internship at BlackRock in the real estate product strategy team where his focus was on aiding in creating long-term strategic plans for the existing and upcoming funds. Jay has recently graduated from the University of Cambridge in Land Economy and is currently preparing for his APC, which he will sit in the summer of 2025.

Michelle joined the company in 2003 and has worked with the founding partners ever since. She has over 25 years’ experience in the private sector supporting C-suite level. Responsibilities include managing daily operations for the office, planning and managing staff and corporate events for the group and funds as well as supporting the CEO.

Alicia has nearly a decade of experience gained in FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and professional services, covering in particular the real estate and financial services sectors with a focus on listed governance, Board support and share plan administration. He has 30 years' experience within the real estate sector and has specialised in sustainability for 15 years. Martin joined Tritax in March 2020 and currently assists Tritax Management LLP’s Fund and Asset Managers, primarily supporting, but not limited to Tritax Big Box REIT. Responsibilities include work on acquisitions and disposals, valuations, income and value-add initiatives with current/potential tenants, along with financial modelling and due diligence work. In addition, he provides a conduit to a large EMEA real estate network built up over 15 years. Hugo joined Tritax in Jan 2024 as Fund Controller for Tritax EuroBox plc. Tom joined Tritax in June 2023 as a Senior Asset Manager working across several funds including Tritax abrdn Supply Chain (TASC), Tritax Property Income Fund (TPIF), and Tritax Big Box REIT. He is responsible for driving performance through strategic asset management and value add initiatives whilst also building and maintaining strong tenant relationships. Further responsibilities include appraising new acquisitions, curating asset business plans, and general portfolio management strategy.

He has over 11 years’ experience in commercial real estate having joined Tritax from CBRE Investment Management where he spent seven years acting as portfolio manager across several balanced UK separate accounts, gaining experience across the whole asset lifecycle. Working across a variety of strategies, Tom gained extensive asset management experience across the full range of traditional sectors and also completed on c.£500m of transactions. Before this, Tom started his career at Gerald Eve before moving to the Knight Frank portfolio valuations team.

Tom holds an MA (Hons) in Land Economy from Cambridge University and went on to complete an MA (Hons) in Management Studies from the Judge Business School, also at Cambridge University. Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013.

Henry joined Tritax in November 2021 as Head of Research. He is responsible for research across all of the Tritax managed funds. He has 20 years’ experience within the real estate and finance sector. Previous roles include leading Real Estate Research at EY and working on the European Real Estate Research team at Deutsche Bank (RREEF). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School and BSc in Geography.

Tina joined Tritax in March 2016. Tina acts as Executive Assistant to Tritax EuroBox Plc and the Tritax Property Investment Fund. Tina has a wealth of experience at CEO/Board level in addition to a long-term Private PA role for a UHNWI.

Rory joined Tritax in September 2021 as Financial Controller for Tritax Big Box REIT plc after 10 years in Real Estate fund accounting across a range of fund types at Aviva Investors. He is responsible for half year and year-end financial reporting, transaction structuring, board reporting, corporate and tax compliance, treasury management, risk management and monitoring of internal financial controls. Rory is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a MSc in Real Estate from Reading University as well as the Investment Management Certificate.

Krishma joined Tritax in November 2023 as Senior Compliance Manager & Deputy MLRO, supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance in regulatory matters across all Tritax funds and structures. Krishma has worked in compliance consulting roles across the financial services for five years and before joining Tritax, worked as a Senior Consultant at EY, providing risk and regulatory support to high-profile Wealth and Asset Management clients. Prior to that, Krishma worked as a consultant at ACA Group where she provided compliance advisory services to alternative investment management firms. Krishma holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Chester.

James joined Tritax as an equity partner in 2020 at the inception of our MetroBox last mile logistics vehicle. He has responsibility for the management of a number of Tritax’s private funds, with a focus on new business, formulating investment strategies for existing mandates, and leading the origination and execution of asset acquisitions and disposals. He is Strategic Fund Manager for MetroBox and AIPUT. James has spent almost 30 years operating in the property capital markets. He began his career in occupational agency with Cushman & Wakefield where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor before moving into capital markets at JLL in 1997. He has a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Birmingham City University.

Charlie joined Tritax in September 2017, becoming an equity partner in 2020. Charlie’s primary focus is overseeing the development activities of Tritax Big Box REIT Plc which owns the UK’s largest logistics focused development land platform. He also consults across Tritax Group’s other funds where development expertise is required. Charlie has over 33 years’ experience in the UK industrial and logistics real estate sector. Before joining Tritax he focussed on industrial asset management and development at Cedarwood Asset Management which he co-founded in 2009. Prior to this he was a director at Chancerygate, the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial property developer and asset manager. Charlie started his career in commercial real estate at Strutt & Parker in 1989, working in the business space team.

Ferne joined Tritax in March 2023 as content and communications consultant. Ferne has worked in corporate communications for more than 20-years; most recently at EY Global, where she was part of a team that supported the Global Chairman and other senior stakeholders on external and internal communications. Prior, Ferne was Head of Media and PR for Tate & Lyle PLC and worked in marketing for the commercial arm of the Royal Institute of British Architects, RIBA Enterprises. Ferne has an MA in History from Durham University.

Frankie joined Tritax in 2014 and is responsible for all historical and strategic financial matters in relation to Tritax Big Box REIT plc (BBOX), which includes interim and year end reporting, corporate compliance, budgeting/forecasting treasury management and the monitoring of internal financial controls. Frankie is also involved in BBOX’s capital market activity including equity issuances and debt financings, along with taking care of all Board level financial reporting. Frankie has over 10 years’ experience working in the real estate industry having previously spent three years as Financial Controller at Primary Health Properties Plc (PHP), a healthcare focussed REIT. He trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PKF (UK) LLP, who subsequently merged with BDO LLP, where he acted as Assistant Manager.
