These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of this website (the "Website"). In the Terms and Conditions, Tritax Assets Limited of Aberdeen House, South Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 4NG is referred to as "Tritax".

1.3 The content of the Website is directed solelyat those who access the Website from the United Kingdom. Tritax makes no representation that any property investments referred to on the Website are available outside the United Kingdom.

1.4 Tritax will try to ensure that the information Tritax provides on the Website is true, accurate and complete. However, Tritax is not in any way responsible if it is not. You should exercise no lesser degree of caution in appraising what you see on the Website than you should do offline. 2. Dealings with Third Parties

2.1 Tritax accepts no liability for the content, services or products of any third parties named on the Website or of any websites to which the Website has links, including without limitation the website operated by Tritax Securities Limited formally Collective Investments (Trust Managers) Limited.

2.2 You agree that (to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law) Tritax shall have no liability to you in relation to any dispute that you may havewith any third party and/or any other users of the Website.

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the material contained in the Website, together with the website design, text and graphics, including without limitation "Tritax"™ , their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to Tritax or its licensors. All rights are reserved. None of this material maybe reproduced or redistributed without Tritax’s prior written permission.

4. Termination

4.1 Without affecting any other remedy that Tritax may have against you, Tritax may terminate or suspend with immediate effect and without notice your access to and use of the Website for any reason including where Tritax:
(a) reasonably believes that you have breached the Terms and Conditions;
(b) is unable to verify the accuracy or validity of any information provided by you; or
(c) suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity by you.

4.2 Should you object to any of the Terms and Conditions, or any subsequent changes to them, or become dissatisfied with the Website in any way, your only recourse isto discontinue your access to and use of the Website immediately.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1 Tritax accepts unlimited liability in respect of its fraud, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence and such other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

5.2 Subject to section 5.1 Tritax shall not be liable for loss of profit or revenue or business or contractsor indirect or consequential loss however arising, including negligence even if such loss or damage was foreseeable and/or brought to Tritax’s attention.

5.3 Subject to sections 5.1 and 5.2, Tritax’s total aggregate liability in contract, tort or otherwise howsoever arising out of or in connection with theTerms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and/or use of the Website shall not in any circumstances exceed £100.

6. Amendments

6.1 Tritax reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event that the Terms and Conditions are amended Tritax will post the amended Terms and Conditions on the Website. Changes will apply from the date of posting. Your continued use of the Website will signify your acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

6.2 You may not alter the Terms and Conditions other Privacy Policy without Tritax’s express written agreement.

7. General

7.1 The fact that a property is presented to you by a third party does not constitute a guarantee or representation of Tritax’s belief that the property is suitable for your investment or is still available for investment.

7.2 Tritax does not give any warranty that the Website is free from viruses or anything else that may have a harmful effect on technology.

7.3 Whilst Tritax will try to provide you with uninterrupted access to the Website and its services, Tritax may need to withdraw, modify, discontinue or temporarily or permanently suspend one or more aspects of the Website where Tritax has a legal, technical or other good reason to do so. However, Tritax will try, wherever possible, to give reasonable notice of its intention to do so.

7.4 If Tritax fails to exercise or enforce a right under the Terms and Conditions that failure shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

7.5 The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

7.6 Neither party shall be liable for any breach of the Terms and Conditions due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

7.7 Unless expressly provided in the Terms and Conditions no term is enforceable pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person who is not a party to it.
