Tritax Industrial 2 LP - Tritax targets oil exploration in latest Fund

Tritax, one of the largest independent property specialists, is targeting the oil exploration industry’s property sector in Aberdeen, the "oil capital of Europe", in its latest £4.7 million Fund.
The second of a series of industrial property funds, which in total expects to raise around £100 million in assets, has purchased one of Aberdeen’s leading industrial estates, of which most of the tenants are involved in the oil and gas exploration sector.
