Mark is a Chartered Accountant who has a background in property development investment, merchant banking and investment management. Mark became involved in tax based property investments in 1985, working under the umbrella of London & Edinburgh Trust Plc ("LET"), in developing and popularising the investment market for Enterprise Zone Property Unit Trusts. In 1990, LET was sold to a Swedish institution and in that year Mark formed Collective Investments Trust Manager Limited (CITML) renamed to Tritax Securities 1 Ltd, to continue with this activity and to develop other property based investment products. Mark leads our Bedford office and core responsibilities include business generation and marketing.

Ian qualified as a chartered surveyor and gained extensive experience in property development, investment and finance, working for an international merchant bank before setting up Millgate in 1986 and co-founding Tritax in 1995. Based in London, Ian concentrates on the asset management of our property portfolio, and is responsible for the Eurocentral development in Scotland.

Colin started his career in banking before moving into property, initially as a developer and then with the agency practice Weatherall Green & Smith. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and became a portfolio fund manager for the £1bn property assets of the British Gas Staff Pension Fund, and the pension funds of Blue Circle and Essex County Council. Colin was a founding Director of the investment agency Smiths Gore Commercial Ltd in 2000 (now an LLP). Colin has worked closely with Tritax since 2001 and joined as a Board Director in July 2004. Colin is based in London and is responsible for product supply and project delivery with particular responsibility for our Brookfields Park development in South Yorkshire.

Henry joined Tritax to oversee the legal and tax implications of Tritax’s existing and future onshore and offshore funds. He also heads up the internal compliance function.

Henry is a qualified solicitor and chartered tax advisor who started his career at City law firm Ashurst LLP before joining West End firm Fladgate LLP where he became a partner in 2007.

Petrina Austin BSc (Hons) MRICS joined Tritax as Asset Manager of Tritax’s property portfolio.

Petrina joins from Knight Frank where she was partner in the property asset management department. With over 10 years’ property experience, Petrina started her career as a surveyor at Carter Jonas, and over these years has worked on a number of high profile schemes such as Senator House and 30 St Mary Axe, as well as managing nationwide portfolios.

Anthony Wyld is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience of marketing property based products. Before joining Tritax he was Marketing Director of Close Investments a division of Close Brothers Group plc and was managing director of Close Property Investment from 1999 launching a range of specialist open ended property funds and limited partnerships. Prior to joining Close Brothers he marketed tax based property products with EFG plc and Forestry Investment Consultancy Ltd of which he was also managing director. Anthony heads the marketing activity of Tritax.
